Such great overall experience. Excellent hotel, amazingly comfortable rooms. Had great location in the Kansas City area, not very far from Merriam Visitors Bureau. Just off the Surgery Center, and the tournament.

the staff has always been efficient, and the facilities were great. excellent services were available.

Breakfast was great

Walls We're thin, and were next to really loud people and could hear their tv. And someone down the hall had a really loud dog.

The whole staff was very pleasant and made us feel comfortable and relaxed. We really enjoyed the food, the breakfast was a good start for the day.

I didn't care for the way the bathroom/shower was set up.

The warm reception and good smell of fresh popcorn made me feel right at home, and with a few steps to Merriam Historical Plaza and just a short walk to the beautiful Turkey Creek Streamway Trail, I was thrilled to explore the area and enjoy the great park views almost immediately.

I liked that it was quiet in the morning. We didn't hear any outside noise or other doors closing,etc.

Kick back happy hour included, breakfast included with room and a nice variety of breakfast choices, early serving hours for breakfast, friendly and welcoming staff, location near IKEA

The room was spacious, but the air conditioning wasn't effective.

Comfortable room, friendly staff, with a great breakfast selection to get your day started, making it an ideal place to stay while having access to convenient shuttle service to the airport.

We had a family event in Kansas City, and we booked 8 rooms in the Drury Inn. We were happy to have all the rooms next to each other. The staff was very friendly, and eager to help. We will recommend this hotel to everyone.

It was easy to access downtown Kansas City, MO, from the hotel's location. The staff was very friendly when we arrived and at the "Kickback" and morning breakfast.

The shower was tiny and had the nasty shampoo/conditioner/body wash dispensers glued to the wall.

Room was way too small. Breakfast food was not good and some of the staff was snotty to us

Arrived expecting a relaxing stay but disappointed to find the pool closed, especially when traveling with teenagers. The front desk should have disclosed this before processing payment. The gluten-free breakfast options were a treat, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The lack of amenities significantly impacted our family's vacation experience.
